INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEES:
Access to all sessions, refreshment, lunch during the conference.
Other social programme, conference dinner, tour activities and accommodation are subject to a seperate fee.
Full payment of registration is required by credit card upon booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa & Mastercard. On-line payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Before July 15, 2023, cancellations will receive a full refund, less the ISK 10.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after July 15, 2023, but substitutions can be made anytime.
The Conference Organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the Conference.
Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours before the arrival date (3 working days)
Neither the organization of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. The service fee for all changes is ISK 4.500.-
